Estimates

We are required to provide you with a written estimate unless:

• you decline the offer of an estimate

• you authorize a maximum amount that you are willing to pay for repairs, and

• the cost of the repairs does not exceed the maximum amount authorized

We do not charge an estimate fee.

​

We will not charge for an estimate if you authorize the work and the repairs are carried out.

However, we will charge an estimate fee if your authorization is unreasonably delayed and we need to

reassemble your vehicle to continue carrying out business operations.

Labour Charges

Labour charges are $110.00 per hour

• Diagnostic time will be charged

• Diagnostics can range from 0.5 hr to 1.0hr depending on the scope of the diagnostics (simple vs advanced) at our labour rate.

• Auto Aid Mobile Mechanic Inc. O/A Quick Quarts reserves the right to waive the diagnostic charge(s).

Commissions

We do not pay our repairers or people who work on their behalf a commission on parts sold.

Charges for other goods and services

All work and repairs are subject to a Mobile Service Fee of $45.00*

​

*As of October 1, 2025, the Mobile Service Fee does NOT apply to our offered Oil Change Services as they are a package deal.

Parts

Parts removed from your vehicle will be available to you after the work and repairs are completed.

Please let us know at the time of authorization for work and repairs if you do not want parts back.

There is no fee to the customer if removed parts are accepted or rejected.

Parts will not be returned if:

• they must be returned to the manufacturer or distributor under warranty in order to get replacement

parts

• replacement parts and work on the part were provided free of charge

• considered unsafe or hazardous, due to mandatory hazardous-material disposal requirements or at the discretion of Auto Aid Mobile Mechanic Inc. o/a Quick Quarts.

For parts that have a core charge, should the customer want to keep the removed part(s), the core-charge will paid by the customer.

Safe Disposal Fees
• Following an Oil Change Service, whether in part or in whole, the customer will be required to pay a safe oil disposal fee of $2.50
