Does Quick Quarts Service My Area?

Quick Quarts currently services Niagara Region. This includes: Dunnville, Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln, Niagara Falls, Pelham, Smithville, St. Catharines, Thorold, Wainfleet, Welland.

Can I Use My Own Oil And Filter?

No. At this time Quick Quarts only performs oil changes using our oil and filter inventory. We use only the best lubricants and filters available in the industry.

Will There Be Spills In My Driveway?

Quick Quarts promises to take every precaution possible to ensure your oil change in completed without leaving a mess behind. Should an oil spill occur due to circumstances outside our ability to prevent, we will take measures to ensure the spill is cleaned and removed at our cost, following industry standards.

Does Quick Quarts maintain my vehicle's warranty from the manufacturer?

Yes, Quick Quarts performs warranty service according to your vehicles service specifications, using supplies and parts recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely! All services come with a warranty from Quick Quarts, guaranteeing there are no issues with the parts, supplies, or workmanship for the duty cycle of the product sold. For specific warranty questions, you can contact us at 289-931-9383. In the event where a used part must be used due to part availability, we will not warranty or guarantee the used part installed or obtained.

Do I need to leave my car unlocked?

No, our technician will be in touch prior to your appointment to make arrangements to collect your keys.​

If you would like to leave your car unlocked, please let us know before hand so that we are made aware. Quick Quarts is not liable for anything stolen before, during or after any service is performed.

Will you come to my workplace?

Yes! So long if you have permission to conduct this work at  your workplace. Please be prepared to present, in writing (document with company letterhead or email) something with the stated permission.

How do I pay?

Quick Quarts accepts all payment methods such as, Debit cards, Visa, American Express and all types of major credit cards. Payment through invoices or eTransfer is also available.

Can you swap my tires?

Absolutely! As seasons come to and end, we're ready to help you prepare for the oncoming seaon, whether that be by swapping your summer tires to winter tires in preperation for the snow or vice versa. Please ensure that the tires are mounted on its own set of rims. 

If a wheel lock is present, please have the key present so that we can remove your wheels in a timely manner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RIGHT TO REPAIR
Auto Aid Mobile Mechanic Inc. o/a Quick Quarts shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, towing charges, vehicle recovery, or any damage to persons or property, arising out of or in connection with parts, components, or systems not directly serviced or replaced by Quick Quarts.

In the event that a customer believes an issue has arisen as a direct result of Quick Quarts’s workmanship—including but not limited to abnormal vibration, fluid leaks, or engine irregularities—the customer must immediately discontinue vehicle operation and notify Quick Quarts without delay. Continued use of the vehicle after the onset of symptoms may result in denial of any warranty claim or remedy.

Quick Quarts retains the exclusive right to inspect and diagnose the vehicle to determine the root cause of any claimed defect or failure. No third-party repairs, modifications, or assessments shall be authorized or reimbursed without the prior written consent of Quick Quarts. If the issue is determined, in Quick Quarts’s sole discretion, to have resulted from its workmanship, Quick Quarts will perform corrective repairs at its own expense. Quick Quarts shall not be responsible for repairs conducted by any other party, unless expressly approved in writing in advance.
