
Quick Quarts – Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Quick Quarts (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By requesting and accepting our services, you agree to the following:

1. Warranty Responsibility
Quick Quarts is not responsible for understanding, maintaining, or upholding any manufacturer or private warranty on your vehicle outside of the work we have performed. It is solely your responsibility to understand and comply your warranty obligations and limitations.

2. Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Quick Quarts, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Towing Services
Quick Quarts does not provide towing services. However, we may assist you in arranging towing through a trusted local towing company at your request.

4. Vehicle Eligibility
We will not provide services on any automobile that is not properly insured and legally certified for road use under Ontario law (or other applicable jurisdiction where service is provided).

5. Transportation of Customers
Quick Quarts does not provide transportation for customers or third parties. We will not provide rides to or from a work site or to any other location.

6. Service Locations
Services will only be provided on property that you own or where you have obtained prior approval from the property owner. For example, we will not service your vehicle in a commercial parking lot (such as Walmart) unless you have obtained and presented proof of consent from the property owner/manager.

7. Pre-Purchase Evaluations
Quick Quarts does not offer evaluation or inspection services to assist in deciding whether to purchase a vehicle.

8. Illegal Activity
If Quick Quarts suspects that a vehicle is or has been used in illegal activities, we reserve the right to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

9. Parts and Supplies
All parts and supplies used in our services will be sourced through Quick Quarts and our trusted suppliers. We will not install, refurbish, or reuse parts not obtained through our approved supply chain. In the event where a used part must be used due to part availability, the used part and accompanying labour will not be protected by any warranty.

10. Payment and Fraud Prevention

Non-Payment & Chargebacks: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. By booking Quick Quarts services, the customer is in agreement acknowledging this. Non-payment, refusal to pay, or chargebacks may result in legal action and additional recovery fees.

Fraudulent Payment Methods: Payment must be made using legitimate, verifiable methods (e.g., authorized credit card, valid cash, or e-transfer). Fraudulent checks, counterfeit currency, stolen cards, or other fraudulent payment attempts will be prosecuted.

Identity Verification: Customers must provide accurate identification. Fraudulent or false identities used to obtain service will be reported to the authorities.​
11. Service Scope and Expectations
All services will be clearly described in advance. Additional services or parts requested outside of the agreed scope will result in additional charges. Quick Quarts will not perform unpaid extra work based on misunderstanding or assumption.

12. Liability for Damage Claims
Quick Quarts is not liable for false or fraudulent damage claims. We document service procedures and vehicle condition to protect against such claims. Customers making fraudulent claims may face legal consequences.

13. Stolen Vehicles
We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect a vehicle is stolen or unlawfully obtained. If identified, Quick Quarts may report the matter to the authorities.

14. Insurance Fraud
Quick Quarts will not participate in any fraudulent insurance claims. Requests to inflate repair costs or falsify service documentation will be reported.

15. Personal Safety and Security
Quick Quarts reserves the right to decline service requests that appear to be fraudulent, unsafe, or designed to lure us into potentially harmful situations (e.g., fake emergency calls).

16. Theft Prevention
While providing services, Quick Quarts maintains control of our tools, equipment, and parts. Theft, attempted theft, or interference with our equipment may result in immediate termination of services and involvement of law enforcement.

17. Cybersecurity and Phishing Awareness
Quick Quarts does not request sensitive information (e.g., banking or personal data) via unsolicited emails, texts, or phone calls. Customers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of communications. Any suspected phishing or fraudulent communications should be reported immediately.

18. Lien Rights
In the event of non-payment, Quick Quarts reserves the legal right to place a lien on the serviced vehicle under Ontario law (or other applicable jurisdictions).

19. Limitation of Liability
Quick Quarts’ liability is strictly limited to the specific services provided and the value of the parts and labor performed. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or issues arising outside of our direct work.

20. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. If you cancel after we have already traveled to the site, a service call fee may be applied.

21. Weather and Unsafe Conditions
Services may be postponed, rescheduled, or declined if weather conditions, environmental hazards, or unsafe circumstances prevent safe completion of the work.

22. Customer Cooperation
Customers are required to provide clear access to the vehicle, including keys, a safe workspace, and removal of obstacles. Failure to provide adequate access may result in cancellation of the service and a service call fee.

23. Personal Belongings and Property
Quick Quarts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or property left inside or around the vehicle while services are being performed. Customers should remove all valuables prior to service.
